Returns Policy

Wrong item or an off fit? You can Return your items within 28 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange for a different size.

What do we recommend for the best chances for a successful return?

• The majority of the time, putting through a new order and posting your item(s) back for a refund is quicker than requesting an exchange.
• We do not accept exchanges if you are from outside the UK.
• All items must be unworn with all relevant labels still attached.
• We cannot cover the cost of return as we only offer free delivery of items purchased to you.
• Although Royal Mail is advised, the courier you choose to return your item with is your responsibility!
• Exchanges of items to a different size is free!
• Items must be the same in order for an exchange e.g. changing a Medium white tee for a Large white tee.

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ATTATCH THE RETURNS FORM THAT WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU ON DISPATCH WHEN MAKING RETURNS WITH YOUR ITEM.
